Counselling Fees and Funding
I believe access to good counselling matters. Below you'll find my current session fees, along with information about funding options that may help reduce your costs.
All sessions are 60 minutes
Children & Young People
$80
per 60 minutes session
Individual sessions for children and young people up to 17 years.
Adults
$100
per 60 minutes session
Individual sessions for adults 18 and over.
Families
$150
per 60 minutes session
Sessions for families working through challenges together.
Additional services
Reports & Professional Liaison
$100 per hour
Written reports, letters, and liaison with schools, GPs, or other professionals. Charged at $100 per hour, calculated in 15-minute increments.
School Visits & Off-Site Visits
$150 per hour
Visits to schools or other off-site locations. Charged at $150 per hour.
Funding & rebates
There are funding options that may help cover the cost of counselling. I'm happy to talk through what might apply to your situation.
WINZ
Work and Income may be able to assist with counselling costs in some circumstances. Contact your local WINZ office to find out more.
Gumboot Friday
Gumboot Friday provides free counselling sessions for young people. If you're unsure whether your child is eligible, get in touch and I can help you find out.

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full session rate. I understand that life happens — please just get in touch as soon as you can.
